Molly Hartley, the girl whose parents made a pact with the devil for her survival, is all grown-up and still plagued by evil in The Exorcism of Molly Hartley, the upcoming sequel to 2008's The Haunting of Molly Hartley. Production on the project began today with a core cast that includes two actors from the Final Destination franchise.

"Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment has started production today on The Exorcism of Molly Hartley, the second chapter to 2008’s The Haunting of Molly Hartley. Shooting on location in Winnipeg, Manitoba, the sequel is directed by horror veteran Steven R. Monroe (I Spit On Your Grave, I Spit On Your Grave 2) and written by Matt Venne (Leprechaun: Origins, Fright Night 2).

The cast includes Devon Sawa (Final Destination, Idle Hands), Gina Holden (Final Destination 3, The Butterfly Effect 2) and Sarah Lind (WolfCop, “True Justice”) as Molly Hartley, who now as an adult, has fallen under the possession of an evil spirit and must be exorcised by a fallen priest before the devil completely takes her.

Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment will handle worldwide distribution on Blu-ray, DVD, VOD and Digital HD for the film’s release in 2015."
