Imagine the carnage captured by Google Maps street view shots in a zombie apocalypse: dilapidated buildings, blood-stained sidewalks, shaggy lawns and millions of zombies. But as the Alexandria Safe Zone community on The Walking Dead proves, some neighborhoods would still resemble the pre-dystopian days of sunny suburbia. If, like Rick and company, you're intrigued by (and maybe a little suspicious of) Alexandria and want to explore it thoroughly, you can now do so thanks to the folks at AMC, who have released an online, 360-degree virtual tour of the safe haven.

From AMC, the Alexandria virtual tour already includes stellar looks at areas both inside and outside the walled-off community—including the Monroe's living room where Deanna interviewed Rick, Carol, Michonne, and others—but even more of the town will be revealed in the near future, with new navigable areas set to be unveiled every week.

The virtual tour has a stunning, realistic look that really immerses you in the utopia and the ruins of civilization sitting on its doorstep. To step into The Walking Dead’s world and take the tour, visit:
