The teachers and schoolchildren fled to the countryside seeking safety from the city violence of a war-torn 1940's Europe, but they may have stepped into a far more dangerous place: Eel Marsh House, home of the Woman in Black. The Woman in Black: Angel of Death is a sequel to the 2012 Daniel Radcliffe-starring Hammer film, and the movie's teaser trailer shows a glimpse of haunted house horror.

"England, 1941 With London in the midst of the blitz, two teachers evacuate a group of schoolchildren to the abandoned Eel Marsh House. Seeking safety from the bombs in the remote coastal location, the group instead find themselves facing an evil far more frightening when their arrival awakens the Woman in Black."

Directed by Tom Harper off a screenplay by Jon Croker that's partially based on an original story by The Woman in Black author, Susan Hill, The Woman in Black: Angel of Death stars Jeremy Irvine, Helen McCrory, and Phoebe Fox.

Last year we reported that the film is scheduled for a February 13th, 2015 release from Hammer and Entertainment One in the UK, but it's still unknown when The Woman in Black sequel will hit theaters in the US. Stay tuned to Daily Dead for more details as they surface.
