A team of scientists in the Arctic find themselves face-to-face with an adversary that, if unleashed on the world, could destroy life as we know it. Though it may sound similar to John Carpenter's The ThingSyfy's original series Helix is its own creature... and a mutated, infectious one at that. With all thirteen of its first season episodes having aired earlier this year, Helix is now headed to Blu-ray and DVD, with a generous amount of bonus features for fans to enjoy.
