John Cusack as Edgar Allan Poe

It looks like we have our first glimpse of John Cusack as Edgar Allan Poe in The Raven. Directed by James McTeigue (V for Vendetta, Ninja Assassin), The Raven is a fictional tale in which Edgar Allan Poe searches for a serial killer whose murders resemble those in Poe’s own stories.

The Raven began shooting last week in Budapest, with Alice Even as Poe’s fiance and Luke Evans playing a detective working with Poe to track down the killer.
