White Pine Bay may shine with a small town charm on the surface, but beneath that veneer are some troubling secrets, many of which can be found within the confines of the town's family-owned motel. A&E will be checking back into Bates Motel for the third season premiere on March 9th, and a new poster teases the dark side to the loving relationship between Norman Bates and his mother, Norma.

The 10-episode third season of Bates Motel will debut on A&E at 9:00pm EST on March 9th, 2015. Returning cast members include Freddie Highmore as Norman Bates, Vera Farmiga as Norman’s mother, Norma Louise Bates, and Max Thieriot as Norman’s half-brother, Dylan Massett.

Tracy Spiridakos, who starred as Charlie Matheson in the now-defunct Revolution series on NBC, joins Bates Motel in the recurring role of Annika Johnson, an intriguing newcomer to the small town of White Pine Bay.
