Trees that are vicious and alive, an Evil Ash coming to life, an army of Deadites rising up to vanquish mankind, and the list goes on. The Necronomicon Ex-Mortis, aka Book of the Dead, has put Ash and his friends through hell over the course of three movies. Now Mondo has unveiled a new batch of posters based on Evil Dead 2 and Army of Darkness that showcase the films' good and evil forces facing off.

As with previous Mondo poster releases, these limited Evil Dead-based posters will go on sale at a random time on Thursday, August 14th. The time will be revealed via Mondo's Twitter account. Each poster comes with a variant and prices vary depending on the individual print. Artists Randy Ortiz, Richey Beckett, and Tom Whalen created these new looks at the beloved horror franchise:

About the Author - Derek Anderson

Raised on a steady diet of R.L. Stine’s Goosebumps books and Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Derek has been fascinated with fear since he first saw ForeverWare being used on an episode of Eerie, Indiana.

When he’s not writing about horror as the Senior News Reporter for Daily Dead, Derek can be found daydreaming about the Santa Carla Boardwalk from The Lost Boys or reading Stephen King and Brian Keene novels.
