Colin and Cameron Cairnes, the filmmakers behind 2012's horror comedy 100 Bloody Acres, are coming back to the big screen with Scare Campaign, a film following a prank show that takes a blood-splattered turn. Ahead of its opening night screening at Australia's Monster Fest this Thursday, Scare Campaign is teased in new photos and a brief teaser video.

"Olivia DeJonge (The Visit) stars in the first look teaser for SCARE CAMPAIGN, written & directed by Colin & Cameron Cairnes (100 Bloody Acres).

SCARE CAMPAIGN will be released in 2016 and is opening Australia's Monster Fest this Thursday 26th Nov.

Popular TV prank show, Scare Campaign, has been entertaining audiences for the last five years with its mix of old school scares and hidden camera fun. But as we enter a new age of online TV, the producers find themselves up against a new hard-edged web series which makes their show look decidedly quaint. It's time to up the ante, but will the team go too far this time, and are they about to prank the wrong guy?"

In addition to DeJonge, Scare Campaign stars Meegan Warner (AMC’s Turn), Ian Meadows (The Moody’s, HBO’s The Pacific), and Josh Quong Tart (Underbelly).
