Destroyer and Edge of Sanity: Press Release: "Anthony Perkins hasn’t been himself lately... Scream Factory presents Destroyer & Edge of Sanity, a double feature of horror featuring Anthony Perkins, the legendary star of Psycho. Both films make their Blu-ray debut with this release on April 12th, 2016.

Destroyer (1988) – NEW HD transfer of the only surviving film elements found in the vaults.

When Ivan Moser (football great Lyle Alzado), a convicted serial killer, is set to be electrocuted, a devastating prison riot erupts on the day of the execution. In the wake of the destruction and mayhem, the prison is shut down and Moser becomes a legend. No proof of his death exists.

Eighteen months later, a film director (Anthony Perkins), intrigued by the legend of Moser, decides to use the prison as a film set. On the last night of filming, the truth of Moser’s fate is about to be revealed. The film crew, trapped inside the prison, begin to disappear one by one. This electrifying thriller also stars Deborah Foreman (Valley Girl) and Clayton Rohner (I, Madman).

A shocking new twist on one of the most infamous crime stories of all time, this terrifying thriller will keep you on the cutting edge of fear!

After a lab experiment unleashes mysterious fumes, Dr. Henry Jekyll undergoes a horrifying transformation into a savage alter ego who calls himself "Jack Hyde." In fact, she and her friends used to “hunt” for the creature when they were kids. Before Ben knows it, he’s off on an impromptu Squatchin’ trip deep in the Carolina backwoods. Amidst the Squatch calls, campfire stories, and beers, Ben quickly realizes that Paul may have an ulterior motive in bringing Annie to the woods. And something else out here seems to be after her as well. Everyone but Ben thinks it's Bigfoot. But it can’t be, can it? After all, Bigfoot isn’t real."

Wolf Mother: Press Release: "Studio City, Calif., March 4, 2016 — Riding Hood Motion Pictures has released the haunting first look teaser trailer of the noir crime thriller, “Wolf Mother.” The cross-genre film, which is written and directed by Erik Peter Carlson (“Transatlantic Coffee”, “The Toy Soldiers”) stars Najarra Townsend (“Contracted”), New York stage actor, Kevin Pinassi, and star of David Lynch’s “Twin Peaks” revival, Tom Sizemore (“Heat”, “Saving Private Ryan”).

“In an attempt to rectify their criminal past, a once successful Hollywood starlet, turn prostitute, and a petty thief, set out together to solve a high-profile child abduction case in San Francisco.”

The 1-minute teaser reveals the first glimpses of our heroes Townsend and Pinassi as they mastermind a scheme to find the celebrity child star, Kaitlin Miller, played by newcomer, Kaegan Baron. The teaser explores the dark sequences of horror and suspense of their journey, as well as the Mansonesque clan behind the kidnapping in the captivating opening moments.

“I’m drawn to stories that in some way are connected to the current state of mind. Stories that are happening now, in our own backyard. Most of the time for me, they just happen to be the darker stories," says Erik Peter Carlson, writer/director of “Wolf Mother.”

From the little that is revealed in the gripping teaser, Carlson, like his previous work, seems not to shy away from the shock.

“Wolf Mother” has invited their fans to get involved by joining them on social media as they countdown to the release of the thriller’s release this summer as well as a forthcoming full-length trailer. “Wolf Mother is one hell of a ride through personal hardships, as we experience our antiheroes attempting to regain some composure of their moral compass,” says Carlson.

“Wolf Mother" is the third feature film from writer/director, Erik Peter Carlson and Riding Hood Motion Pictures, which produced the teen drama, “The Toy Soldiers”, which was released by AMC Theaters in 2014.

Also showcased in the teaser are many faces horror fans will recognize, including, Maria Olsen, Dave Vescio, and Douglas Bennett.

About the Author - Tamika Jones

Tamika hails from North Beach, Maryland, a tiny town inches from the Chesapeake Bay.She knew she wanted to be an actor after reciting a soliloquy by Sojourner Truth in front of her entire fifth grade class. Since then, she's appeared in over 20 film and television projects. In addition to acting, Tamika is the Indie Spotlight manager for Daily Dead, where she brings readers news on independent horror projects every weekend.

The first horror film Tamika watched was Child's Play. Being eight years old at the time, she remembers being so scared when Chucky came to life that she projectile vomited. It's tough for her to choose only one movie as her favorite horror film, so she picked two: Nosferatu and The Stepford Wives (1975).
