Originally slated for August 21st, Gramercy Pictures let us know that the release date had been pushed back to August 28th. Sinister 2 was directed by Ciaran Foy (Citadel) from a screenplay co-written by original Sinister writers Scott Derrickson and C. Robert Cargill.
