Some of the most unnerving moments of 2012's Sinister were Bughuul's invasive appearances in home videos, and the sequel looks to offer more of these sudden scares. In the weeks leading up to the August 21st release of Sinister 2, you can create your own Bughuul-haunted video with the new "Spread the Fear" web app.

The Sinister 2 "Spread the Fear" web app transforms ten-second videos into creepy clips, as shown in the demo video below. To learn more, visit:

"The sequel to the 2012 sleeper hit horror movie. In the aftermath of the shocking events in “Sinister,” a protective mother (Shannyn Sossamon of “Wayward Pines”) and her 9-year-old twin sons (real-life brothers Robert and Dartanian Sloan) find themselves in a rural house marked for death as the evil spirit of Bughuul continues to spread with frightening intensity."

Hitting theaters August 21st from Gramercy Pictures, Sinister 2 was directed by Ciaran Foy (Citadel) from a screenplay co-written by original Sinister writers Scott Derrickson and C. Robert Cargill.
