Most of the town already thinks Ig is the devil after his girlfriend is murdered and he lands at the top of the suspect list. But their perhaps unjustified beliefs seemingly become a reality when Ig wakes up one morning with horns protruding from his forehead. An upcoming film from Alexandre Aja based on Joe Hill's novel and starring Daniel Radcliffe, Horns is hitting theaters this Halloween, and we have its new trailer.

RADiUS-TWC and Red Granite Pictures are bringing Horns to theaters on October 31st, and the new trailer debuted by MTV.com during Comic-Con shows that though the film does have a dark tone, it certainly isn't without its humorous moments.

Horns, a supernatural thriller driven by fantasy, mystery, and romance, follows Ig Perrish (Radcliffe), the number one suspect for the violent rape and murder of his girlfriend, Merrin (Temple). Hungover from a night of hard drinking, Ig awakens one morning to find horns starting to grow from his own head and soon realizes their power drives people to confess their sins and give in to their most selfish and unspeakable impulses – an effective tool in his quest to discover the true circumstances of his late girlfriend’s tragedy and for exacting revenge on her killer."

Directed by Alexandre Aja off a script by Keith Bunin that's based on Joe Hill's novel of the same name, Horns stars Daniel Radcliffe, James Remar, Juno Temple, Max Minghella, Joe Anderson, and Kelli Garner.
