With screaming kids and an unsupportive husband, a mother reaches a psychological breaking point in Dark Sky Films' official trailer for Bitch.

Kirsten Dunst (The Virgin Suicides, Melancholia, Fargo) stars and serves as executive producer in the dark drama Woodshock from A24. Featuring a mind-bending drug and eerie events in the woods, the new thriller is coming to Blu-ray, DVD, and VOD this November from Lionsgate, and we have a look at the release details and trippy cover art:
In 68 Kill, starring Matthew Gray Gubler and AnnaLynne McCord (and based on Bryan Smith's novel of the same name), a simple heist goes awry (honestly, when does a simple heist ever go according to plan?). Following its theatrical and VOD release this past summer, the new film from Trent Haaga is coming to Blu-ray and DVD this winter from Scream Factory, and we have a look at the cover art and release details:
Once you enter, it's hard to leave the Upside Down, but Eleven finds a way out of the eerie alternate dimension in a new clip from the upcoming second season of Stranger Things.
Every fall she dies, only to be resurrected in the spring. The seasonal cycle of Mother Nature is a beautiful thing to behold, but perhaps most gorgeous—and haunting—is the time of year when her leaves crunch underfoot and the nights grow longer. For years, Daniel Mitchell's heavy metal band Autumns Eyes has created music that blends perfectly with the Halloween season, and his latest album, Ending Life Slowly, is no exception. Ahead of the atmospheric new album's release this Halloween, we've been provided with an exclusive look at the album's morbidly beautiful artwork by Sorrow Grips to share with Daily Dead readers.
The slasher video game Dead by Daylight has already given gamers the gory goods by adding Michael Myers and Leatherface as killers in their lethal lineup, but now it looks like the dream stalker of Springwood could join the video game's blood-spattered ranks...
It's all fun, games, and Thriller at an office costume party until the boss calls and shares some scary news in a new Halloween-themed Saturday Night Live sketch. Originally aired during the latest episode of SNL (hosted by Kumail Nanjiani with musical guest Pink), the seasonal sketch has now been released online and we have it for Daily Dead readers to watch.
"You'll float too, Anderson." With Halloween lurking right around the corner like Haddonfield's favorite Shape, it's once again that magical time of year when Saturday Night Live reveals its horror-themed skits. Last year a new autumn icon was born with Tom Hanks' quotable David. S. Pumpkins, and now SNL has given us "Kellywise," their comedic (and creepy) twist on Pennywise from the new IT movie.
Easily one of my favorite viewing experiences over the last year was watching John C. McGinley reluctantly get off his recliner to fight demons with wit, weapons, and one-liners on IFC's Stan Against Evil. Although the series won't officially premiere until November 1st, IFC has released the third episode of the second season online early for all to enjoy, and you can watch it right here, right now (just be sure to hurry up, though, because Stan doesn't like to wait).
To support the American Red Cross and to celebrate the release of The Evil Within 2, Bethesda Softworks has launched The Good Within fundraiser, and we have the official details on the campaign in today's Horror Highlights, which also includes an exclusive mini trailer for Michael Mongillo's new horror film, Diane, as well as a new look at the anthology movie Terror Tales.
Although he's on horror fans' radars right now for his in-the-works film adaptations of Stephen King's The Stand, Revival, and King and Peter Straub's The Talisman (as well as a TV series adaptation of Clive Barker's The Great and Secret Show), filmmaker Josh Boone's next big screen story comes from the land of Marvel Comics. Part superhero story and part horror film, the first trailer for The New Mutants has arrived.
Friday the 13th may be upon us, but Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross take a detour from Camp Crystal Lake to spend some time in Haddonfield with their haunting cover of John Carpenter's Halloween theme music, and Sacred Bones Records has released the must-listen track online for all to enjoy.
Victoria fled her wrathful stepfather one full moon night only to be attacked by something even worse and not entirely human: a "werefrog." In Bad Blood: The Movie, out on October 13th in select theaters and VOD platforms, Victoria seeks seclusion from her former life after her run-in with the werefrog, but as our exclusive clip from the Level 33 film indicates, running away from her family—and her dreadful destiny—will not be easy.
High school can be hell in its own right, but it becomes downright deadly when two social media savvy students become serial killers in Tyler MacIntyre's Tragedy Girls. Ahead of the film's October 20th release, Gunpowder & Sky released an official poster and two new clips from the movie to help sweeten the wait.
