Back in February, Shane Black gave horror fans their first look at some of the humans who will dare to go up against a galactic hunter in The Predator, and now he's shared another photo from the set of the film.

Posted on his Twitter page, Black's photo features (from left to right) Alfie Allen, Keegan-Michael Key, Thomas Jane, Augusto Aguilera, Boyd Holbrook, and Trevante Rhodes, who make up part of the group of largely ex-military characters who will face off against the titular antagonist in The Predator. The Twitter post came with the following caption:

"Stone killers with serious acting chops -- but which of them will be chopped... by THE PREDATOR? (See what I did there?)"

In addition to the actors featured in the photo below, The Predator cast also includes Jacob Tremblay, Yvonne Strahovski, Sterling K. Brown, and Olivia Munn.

Currently in production in Vancouver, The Predator is scheduled for a February 9th, 2018 theatrical release from 20th Century Fox. Black (who co-starred as the wisecracking Rick Hawkins in the original Predator) directs the film from a screenplay he co-wrote with Fred Dekker (Night of the Creeps and The Monster Squad—the latter being a film he also co-wrote with Black).

In an interview with We Got This Covered, Holbrook discussed how The Predator is not a sequel and that it's not likely that we'll see Arnold Schwarzenegger reprising his role as Dutch. We'll keep Daily Dead readers updated on further details as they are revealed.
