With a TV series take on the Friday the 13th film series now in development at The CW, horror fans may be reminded of Friday the 13th: The Series, the late ’80s show that had nothing to do with Jason Voorhees or Camp Crystal Lake, but instead centered on antique store owners seeking to capture and lock away cursed items wreaking havoc outside their shop's doors.

If you're nostalgic for Friday the 13th: The Series, then you'll be pleased to know that all three seasons (72 episodes) of the beloved show were recently added to Amazon Prime Instant Video for fans and Prime members to enjoy.

Created by Larry B. Williams and Frank Mancuso Jr., Friday the 13th: The Series starred Louise Robey, John D. LeMay, Chris Wiggins, and Steve Monarque. You can watch the show's opening credits below.

Though it didn't have any storyline connections to the Friday the 13th film franchise, the show's star for the first two seasons, LeMay, later played the lead role in Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday.
