Each weekend we include independent horror news sent our way. If you want to be featured in our next spotlight feature, send us an email.

Tim Timebomb's Rock N Roll Theater: "Created by Tim Armstrong (Rancid, Operation Ivy, The Transplants), it's a scripted musical theater themed show debuted on VEVO last month. Tim Armstrong wrote all of the music for the series.

Homage to the classic American Musicals, the show centers on Armstrong as today's punk rock Rod Serling, narrating episodes with a variety of special guest actors and musicians. Each episode will feature hard-hitting songs and rousing dance numbers. The pilot episode features AFI frontman Davey Havok and Lars Frederiksen of Rancid. The debut episode entitled "Dante" brings the epic poem Dante's Inferno roaring into the 21st Century with a timely new take on greed and corruption."

Zombie Bash: Xmas Attack!: Mention Mobile has just released a Christmas-themed zombie game for Apple devices:

"Zombie Bash puts you in control of a roof-bound Santa who has only his wits and his candy cane shooter to save himself and Christmas from hordes of hordes of the ugliest undead. This arcade-style showdown is fast-paced and nerve-wracking. There are nine distinctly different houses that get progressively more difficult. As easy as it may seem in the beginning to handle the differently abled zombies (the Gnashers, Scramblers and Galutes), the difficulty rises exponentially. You'll have power-ups along the way... of course, you'll have to last long enough to use them. Afterward, check your scores and accomplishments through Game Center and see how you rank."

The Spooky Chronicles: "Meet Spooky, a dead little boy continuing to grow up. He goes to school, likes taking pictures in cemeteries, and doesn’t breathe. Accidentally starting the zombie apocalypse is his biggest fear, but it’s not his biggest problem.

The Spooky Chronicles are about a child who comes back to life as a zombie but is still getting older. Having already overcome personal tragedy in his life, his unique condition makes him aware of (and draws him into) a secret, paranormal underworld he never asked to be a part of (but still thinks is pretty cool)."

Warhouse Trailer Released: "In the role of Royal Marine, A.J. Budd, Joseph Morgan stars in this brutal psychological and supernatural thriller, in which he finds himself trapped in the Warhouse. Imprisoned, he is forced to fight for his life against grotesque, inhuman opponents. He must kill every day or die himself. His one glimmer of hope comes in the form of a diary, left by a former occupant of the house, WWI Lieutenant Edward Sterling, played by Matt Ryan."
