Knowing that Trick 'r Treat's Michael Dougherty wrote and directed Krampus is enough to get me excited for the upcoming holiday horror film, and we should get our first look at the movie during tomorrow's Legendary Pictures Comic-Con presentation at Hall H. Until then, there's a display on the Comic-Con show floor that teases what's to come.

"Based on the ancient legend of a pagan demon who punishes the wicked, Legendary Pictures’ KRAMPUS, a twisted horror comedy set during the holidays, is written and directed by Michael Dougherty (Trick ’r Treat). Co-written by Todd Casey and Zach Shields and produced by Legendary’s Thomas Tull, Jon Jashni and Alex Garcia, this darkly festive tale of a yuletide ghoul will be released by Universal Pictures."

Starring Adam Scott, Toni Collette, Emjay Anthony, Allison Tollman, Stefania Owen, and David Koechner, Krampus was directed by Michael Dougherty (Trick ’r Treat) from a screenplay he co-wrote with Todd Casey and Zach Shields. A Legendary film, Krampus is slated for a December 4th, 2015 release from Universal.
