Whether you're celebrating Valentine's Day by yourself or with a loved one this year, you can always bring a little horror into the holiday by checking out My Bloody Valentine (1981) or its 3D remake from a couple of years back.

Those interested in making a day out of heart-ripping horror scenes should also watch the Peter Cushing segment in Tales from the Crypt (1972), Frankenstein (1994), Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, and From Dusk Till Dawn (among others).
