Sadly, we didn't see anything from American Horror Story Season 2 during Comic-Con last week, but everyone is busy getting ready to start filming the new episodes. We've covered all of the previous casting updates and have news of a late addition.

Mark Consuelos (pictured below) will be playing a patient named Spivey in the new season, according to EW. If you missed the previous announcements, American Horror Story Season 2 features a new story that is set in an East Coast institution for the criminally insane.

Chloe Sevigny, James Cromwell, Lizzie Brocheré, Adam Levine, Chris Zylka, Britne Oldford, and Joseph Fiennes make up the rest of the new cast members that will appear in American Horror Story Season 2. Shooting takes place this summer, with Season 1 actors Jessica Lange, Zachary Quinto, Sarah Paulson, Even Peters, and Lily Rabe returning as new characters.

A specific release date has not been set, but the new season begins filming this week and is expected to premiere in October.
