Not long ago, The CW picked up a full season order of iZombie, a TV show based on DC's iZOMBIE comic book series from Chris Roberson and Michael Allred. DC recently revealed an iZOMBIE statue of the comic's main zombified character, Gwen Dylan, that will be on sale later this year, likely around the time the TV show debuts.

Sculpted by Phil Ramirez, the Gwen Dylan statue stands about 9.25 inches tall, comes with an alternate head, and is based on Michael Allred's art. The statue will go on sale this November for $99.95 in the US.

For those unfamiliar with the comic book series that started in 2010 from Chris Roberson and Michael Allred, we have its synopsis:

“Gwen Dylan is a gravedigger in an eco-friendly cemetery…and a zombie detective. Once a month, she has to eat a human brain – both to keep from going all “Night of the Living Dead,” and to keep her own memories intact. As a result, Gwen’s mind is crowded with the dead person’s thoughts. And lately, she feels compelled to fulfill their final requests. Torn between a mysterious mummy and a dashing young monster-hunter, Gwen is set for adventures beyond imagination! A were-terrier, a swinging ’60s ghost and a pack of paintball blasting vampires complete the cast of I, ZOMBIE.”
