Since Telltale's The Walking Dead video game premiered in 2012, gamers have followed Clementine on her arduous journey through a living dead landscape. Soon, that journey will come to an end with the release of the last episode of The Walking Dead: The Final Season, and to give fans an idea of what to expect, Skybound (who stepped in to complete and release the game after the sudden closure of Telltale last year) released the heartfelt trailer for the video game's swan song.

Episode 4 of The Walking Dead: The Final Season will be available to download for multiple consoles beginning March 26th, and you can visit the game's website for more information on how you can experience the last chapter of Clementine's story.

Episode 4 Synopsis (via Skybound): “It’s time for the end. After years of fighting to survive, Clementine is now the leader of a community of lost children, and they’re depending on her to get them home safe. In the aftermath of an explosive mission, fire, chaos, the living and the dead all stand in her way. Can Clementine be the savior they need?
