Hello, readers! We’re back with another installment of Daily Dead’s Salutes Your Shorts series, where we shine our spotlight on all the great horror-themed short films that are out there. For the month of December, it only seems fitting to indulge in some holiday-themed horrors, and we’ve got quite the lineup that’s far more nice than it is naughty.

Synopsis: A disappointing Christmas Eve takes a turn for the worse when a young woman receives an ominous nutcracker as a gift.

Secret Santa (Directed by Lee Patrick Robinson)

Synopsis: Stephen can't resist opening his present before Christmas, but he has no idea what festive horror awaits him.
