Dead Island Logo Censored

We have a bit of zombie censoring news today, and we'll start with the video game Dead Island. According to IGN, the Dead Island logo pictured to the left, with the nice little guy hanging from the tree making the letter "I", is being replaced with the logo below for North American audiences.

Apparently, those buying a mature rated game (which have to be 18+ yrs old anyway), can't handle someone hanging in a game that focuses on physical combat that removes flesh and breaks bones from zombies.

This is an ESRB-enforced censoring, but in all honesty, I think I like the logo below better. Had they willingly made this change, I don't think anyone would have an issue. I'm not for silly censoring such as this, but I think the zombie below helps with the marketing of the game to those who may be unfamiliar with it. The game is about fighting zombies, not hanging people. What do you think?
