Dead Space 2 Plasma Cutter Unlock

2011/01/03 20:58:43 +00:00 | Jonathan James

If you've played the original Dead Space and still have a saved game file, EA has a nice little bonus for you when you play Dead Space 2. Provided you have kept any saved game file from the original Dead Space, you will instantly unlock the Plasma Cutter when starting Dead Space 2. For some, including myself, this was the weapon of choice for most situations, so I'm glad to have have it early.

For game balance reasons, the weapon will not carry over upgrades from the original game and if you don't have the saved game files, you won't receive the unlock. Dead Space 2 will be available on multiple gaming platforms on January 25th.
