It has been announced that Eli Roth will be opening a haunted attraction on the Las Vegas Strip this September. For those that have visited Las Vegas recently, you probably noticed that there have been plenty of new businesses popping up near Planet Hollywood and the CityCenter. That area continues to expand and construction has started on a multi-level haunted attraction, titled Eli Roth’s Goretorium.

Scheduled to open on September 27th, Roth said that he wants it to be the “the world mecca for horror fans" and told Deadline that it's designed for adults: “Horror fans know that with my name on it... it won’t be for little kids. They know it will be a very scary experience.”

The haunted attraction industry earns billions of dollars every year and continues to become more and more popular across the country. While many attractions are only open around Halloween, Eli Roth's Goretorium will remain open all year.

Also, if you're not interested in making the trek out to Las Vegas, the Goretorium may start popping up in other cities. Eli Roth mentioned that he’s had pre-opening offers to franchise Goretorium in London, Tokyo and New York, and other areas of the US. There are no specific details about the attraction at this time, but we'll report back as more information becomes available.
