From Asylum Press, Zombie Terrors: Undead Special #1 unearths a quartet of stories that are a "truly satisfying feast of the flesh" for horror comic book readers, and we have an exclusive preview you can read right now!

“The only thing worse than the dead are the stories they leave behind,” explains Asylum Press publisher and writer/artist Frank Forte. “I’m excited to finally bring this anthology to comic book stores through our friends at Lunar Distribution. We had some production and distribution delays, but the book is done and we’re ready to get it in people’s hands!”

In Bloody Good Time, "an undercover cop finds himself desperate and alone while trying to make his way out of a cursed biker club. Definitely not the ‘groovy night’ he was looking for." Meanwhile, over in Cellar Dwellers, "a serial killer receives his just desserts when the bodies of his victims buried in the cellar start to rise again with murderous intent." Continuing the blood-soaked horror, in Cosplay Sacrifice, "a group of fanboys have to defend themselves against a horde of cosplay zombies - dressed as their favorite comic book heroes!" And finally, Survival "tells the story of a cynical family of madmen doing whatever it takes to survive in an agonizing world full of rampaging zombies."

“Together with Argentine Carlos Vera, who passed away just this year, we created this strange and disturbing family of survivors of the zombie apocalypse,” adds Survival writer Pablo Barbieri. “It is the tale of cautious, silent men who carry a dark secret. Today, the time has come to launch it into the world and enjoy it, from this plane and the next.”

The Zombie Terrors: Undead Special #1 one-shot was previously solicited for release before production delays put the project on hold and the Diamond bankruptcy delayed printing and distribution: "The issue is now available to comic shops via Lunar Distribution with an in-store date of December 10, 2025. Fans are encouraged to place pre-orders in comic shops before the Lunar Final Order Cutoff date of November 10, 2025."
