The latest entry in Dark Horse Comics' imaginative shared "Mignolaverse" from Hellboy creator Mike Mignola, Joe Golem: Occult Detective – The Drowning City #1 (co-written by prolific author Christopher Golden, who has teamed up with Mignola on previous Joe Golem projects) climbs onto shelves this Wednesday, and to celebrate the new release, we've been provided with exclusive preview pages to share just with Daily Dead readers!

Joe Golem: Occult Detective – The Drowning City #1 Synopsis: "A psychic medium is captured by a crazed scientist desperate to find an occult object that will connect him to worlds beyond the veil, and paranormal investigator Simon Church and his hardy detective race to find the artifact with the help of the mediums assistant before its supernatural side effects can destroy the city. But another mystery looms larger than ever, as the occult detective searches for answers about his real identity and a past thats been kept secret for so long."
