Toy Fair 2012 kicked off in New York City today and we'll be covering a number of horror toy announcements. McFarlane Toys is at the show and revealed that they are working on a second series of toys based on The Walking Dead TV show.

From the first season, it looks like we'll be getting a new version of Rick Grimes, along with the "bicycle girl" zombie. Season 2 figures include Shane, the well zombie, and the RV zombie. The new series of figures is due out in October. We're also expecting a second series of comic book figure, but the line-up has not been announced.

We've included some promotional images from the show, along with a zombie prop designed by KNB EFX and the Blu-ray zombie head case that was revealed on Friday. Find out more about the Blu-ray case at: http://dailydead.com/the-walking-dead-zombie-head-statue-designed-for-season-2-blu-ray-release/
