We have a look at Mondo's upcoming posters for A Field in England and Cheap Thrills. Both movies are being released by Drafthouse Films, with A Field in England now available to watch and Cheap Thrills coming out later this month. Both posters will be available at a random time on Thursday, February 20th. In order to catch them before they sell out, you'll need to keep an eye on the Mondo Twitter account for the on-sale announcement.

Cheap Thrills: "Cheap Thrills follows Craig (Pat Healy, Compliance), a struggling family man who loses his low-wage job and is threatened with eviction. In an effort to delay facing the music at home, he heads to a local bar and encounters an old friend (Ethan Embry, Empire Records). The two friends are roped into a round of drinks by a charismatic and obscenely wealthy stranger (David Koechner, Anchorman 2) along with his mysterious wife (Sara Paxton, The Innkeepers). The couple engages the two friends in a series of innocent dares in exchange for money over the course of the evening, with each challenge upping the ante in both reward and boundaries. It seems like easy and much needed money, but the couple's twisted sense of humor pushes just how far Craig and his friend are willing to go for money and cheap thrills."

A Field in England: “During the Civil War in 17th-Century England, a small group of deserters flee from a raging battle through an overgrown field. They are captured by an alchemist (Michael Smiley), who forces the group to aid him in his search to find a hidden treasure that he believes is buried in the field. Crossing a vast mushroom circle, which provides their first meal, the group quickly descend into a chaos of arguments, fighting and paranoia, and, as it becomes clear that the treasure might be something other than gold, they slowly become victim to the terrifying energies trapped inside the field.

A Field In England is a psychedelic trip into magic and madness from Ben Wheatley, the award-winning director of Down Terrace, Kill List and Sightseers.”
