Although one mystery was solved in Lakewood on MTV's Scream series, a new one was just beginning at the end of the show's inaugural season, and several new photos from season two tease troubles ahead for two of the survivors.

The new photos below were debuted by EW ahead of the Scream Season 2 premiere on Monday, May 30th. Stay tuned to Daily Dead for more updates.

From MTV: “MTV and Dimension TV’s second season of “Scream” picks up with Emma’s return to Lakewood after several months at a retreat, where she tried to recover from the horrors of last season. Everyone is walking on eggshells around her, questioning whether she has truly gotten over the Killer’s crimes. Meanwhile, Audrey is hiding her connection to the Killer, but is getting harassed by someone who knows the truth. Brooke and Jake are also keeping secrets—they are hiding a budding romance from Mayor Maddox. And, Noah is getting closer and closer to the truth about the season one murders. Lakewood’s murderous past, both recent and distant, are once again brought to focus – with this Killer’s psychotic mind-game intent on bringing Lakewood’s heroes down in a storm of betrayal and bloodshed.

“Scream” stars Willa Fitzgerald (Emma), Sean Grandillo (Eli), Austin Highsmith (Karen), John Karna (Noah), Kiana Ledé (Zoe), Karina Logue (Tina), Tom Maden (Jake), Tracy Middendorf (Maggie), Anthony Ruivivar (Sheriff Acosta), Santiago Segura (Gustavo), Amadeus Serafini (Kieran), Bex Taylor-Klaus (Audrey), and Carlson Young (Brooke).

Michael Gans and Richard Register (“Make It Or Break It,” “SG” and “Celebrity Death Match.”) serve as EP’s and Showrunners along with EP’s Harvey and Bob Weinstein under the Dimension TV production umbrella.  Additional Executive Producers are Wes Craven, Tony DiSanto, Liz Gateley, Marianne Maddalena and Cathy Konrad.  Matthew Signer & Keith Levine are producers.”
