AMC has released a new poster to promote the premiere of The Walking Dead Season 2. Fans who have been keeping up with production news are aware that Hershel's farm is a big part of the second season, and we can see Rick running toward the farm in the poster.

The first episode of The Walking Dead's second season is a 90-minute episode that will premiere on Sunday, October 16th at 9PM. It has been announced that there will be a season break after episode 7, with the last 6 episodes starting up again on Sunday, February 12th.

If you need to catch up on the first season, it is currently available on Blu-ray and DVD. A special edition version of season 1 is due out on DVD and Blu-ray on October 4th and includes a black & white version of the pilot episode, commentary for every episode, and more bonus features.
