Horror and sci-fi fans already have plenty to look forward to at PaleyFest Los Angeles in March, as American Horror Story: Roanoke and HBO's Westworld will be featured at the 34th annual celebration of TV pop culture.
Press Release (via TheFutonCritic): BEVERLY HILLS, CA - DECEMBER 13, 2016 - The Paley Center for Media's 34th annual PaleyFest Los Angeles, also referred to as the William S. Paley Television Festival, returns to the DOLBY THEATRE March 17-26, 2017. The star-studded interactive pop culture event brings together TV fans and television's biggest stars for a celebration of entertainment's most acclaimed and beloved TV series.
The first honorees announced for the 2017 lineup include two freshman series that have both touched and thrilled audiences as well as earning multiple Golden Globe nominations, including HBO's Westworld, the sci-fi thriller set in a technologically advanced, Western-themed amusement park, and NBC's This Is Us, which tells the story of the Pearson family in both the present day and through flashbacks. Also joining PaleyFest Los Angeles is FX's wildly popular anthology horror drama, American Horror Story: Roanoke.
