Written by Robin Veith and directed by Craig Zobel, Outcast Episode 105 premieres tonight at 10:00 p.m. EST on Cinemax, followed by repeat showings tonight at 11:00 p.m. and midnight, July 9th (9:00 p.m., 11:50 p.m.), 10th (3:30 p.m.), 11th (11:00 p.m.), 12th (2:00 a.m.), 13th (10:00 p.m.), 14th (9:00 p.m.) and 21st (8:00 p.m.), and Aug. 11th (8:25 p.m.) and 21st (3:25 p.m.).
“Based on the Skybound/Image comic title by Kirkman and artist Paul Azaceta, Outcast stars Patrick Fugit as Kyle Barnes, who has been plagued by demonic possession all his life and has sequestered himself from those he loves for fear of causing greater hurt. Now, with the help of Reverand Anderson (Philip Glenister), a West Virginia evangelist who believes he is a soldier in God’s holy war against the forces of evil on Earth, the young man embarks on a journey to find answers and regain the normal life he lost. The first horror film Tamika watched was Child's Play. Being eight years old at the time, she remembers being so scared when Chucky came to life that she projectile vomited. It's tough for her to choose only one movie as her favorite horror film, so she picked two: Nosferatu and The Stepford Wives (1975).
