After numerous false starts and director switches, Deadline is reporting that Lionsgate has found a new director for Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. Craig Gillespie, the director of the upcoming Fright Night remake, is said to have been offered the job and will begin negotiations.

Whether or not this is good news will probably depend on how the Fright Night remake turns out. We'll update readers as soon as this becomes official and hopefully Lionsgate moves onto casting announcements and a release date shortly.
