The first season of Telltale's The Walking Dead video game is now available for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, Mac, and iOS devices. If that wasn't enough, it's been confirmed that the game will be ported to the PlayStation Vita as well.

In a recent interview with IGN, PlayStation’s Don Mesa confirmed that a Vita version of the game is in development. While the game will be released this year, a specific date was not announced and we don't know if they will be released one episode at a time or as a bundle.

**Updated: According to Game Informer, Telltale misspoke previously and we'll be getting Season 2 later this year instead of late 2104:

"The current estimated release window for Season Two of The Walking Dead is for fall of ‘this’ year (2013), and not ‘next’ year (2014) as has been reported after a recent interview. We apologize for any confusion and thank you and all of our fans for your continued excitement for Telltale’s series."

E3 isn’t too far off, so hopefully we’ll have a full reveal by June or earlier, along with details on the Vita release. Episodes 1 – 5 of The Walking Dead video game are available for the PC, Mac, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and iOS. In other Walking Dead news, we've been told that Robert Kirkman will be on CNBC's Closing Bell with Maria Bartiromo today at 1:30 PST/4:30 EST.
