Once a year, Sandra and Charles McKee open their home to the public for charity. What's so special about this house? While it may not be located on 1313 Mockingbird Lane, it's a replica of the house from The Munsters, even down to the lifting staircase.

The McKee family lives in Waxahachie, Texas and this year's event will take place on October 21st and 22nd from 7 p.m. to midnight. Actress Pat Priest, better known as Marilyn Munster (the "normal" member of the family) will be in attendance as well. In addition to a tour of the house, there will be a party with costumes, face painting, and a live band. All proceeds will benefit the Ellis County SPCA. For more details on the event and to see photos of the house, head over to The Munster Mansion website.

In other Munsters news, Diamond Select Toys will be releasing 7-inch scale action figures with accessories based on The Munsters this October. The first series of figures include Herman, Lily, and Grandpa. [Source: Figures.com]
