Image Entertainment is going to be releasing quite a few horror movies on Blu-ray this year and we have the movie list and release dates. We previously announced Hellraiser II coming to Blu-ray, but they've also acquired the rights to a variety of horror movies and will be releasing them to Blu-ray as part of their "Midnight Madness" series. This first releases in the series includes Blu-ray editions of Hellraiser, Hellraiser II, The Hills Have Eyes, and Children of the Corn, which will be available on September 6th.

On September 20th, their next set of "Midnight Madness" releases include Blu-ray editions of Dead Heat and Vamp. ChromeSkull: Laid to Rest 2 will also be available on the September 20th, and The Blood Trilogy and Basket Case will see their Blu-ray release on September 27th.

Hellraiser and Children of the Corn have already received Blu-ray editions from Anchor Bay, so we do not know what the difference will be in terms of the transfer or extras at this time. There is no information on individual extras that will be included on these discs, but as it gets closer to their release date, we'll have additional release information to provide.
