Earlier this week, Blumhouse’s The Craft: Legacy arrived on VOD and digital platforms everywhere, courtesy of Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. Written and directed by Zoe Lister-Jones, the sequel is centered around a group of young women who come together to explore their powers as a coven of witches, and must fight together against a sinister force that threatens to destroy them all.

The Craft: Legacy stars Cailee Spaeny, Zoey Luna, Lovie Simone, Gideon Adlon, Nicholas Galitzine, Michelle Monaghan, and David Duchovny.

During a recent press day for the sequel, Daily Dead had the opportunity to speak with both Duchovny and Monaghan about their involvement with The Craft: Legacy, and they discussed the social message of the film, how it relates to a new generation of fans, and their experiences collaborating with Lister-Jones as well as the rest of the film’s ensemble.

Check out our video interview with David and Michelle below, and be sure to check out The Craft: Legacy now that it’s available to rent and/or purchase on a variety of digital providers.
