If you enjoy horror that is cosmic, cannibalistic, psychological, hypnotic, familial, and downright ambitious, then you really need to be watching Channel Zero: Butcher's Block. The third season of the creepypasta-based anthology series has featured plenty of "how did they get that on television?" moments already, and I can only imagine what the Peach family has in store for us in the season finale. Until that episode airs on Wednesday, we have a look at a new clip from the finale in which Rutger Hauer discusses a higher—and hungry—power that demands sacrifice.
As with all episodes of Butcher's Block, "Sacrifice Zone" is directed by Arkasha Stevenson and airs on Syfy on Wednesday, March 14th. You can watch the new clip below, and stay tuned to Daily Dead for new interviews with showrunner Nick Antosca and Arkasha Stevenson leading up to the finale.
"Sacrifice Zone" synopsis: "Zoe and Alice confront the Peach family."
"Inspired by Kerry Hammond’s “Search and Rescue Woods” Creepypasta tale, CHANNEL ZERO: BUTCHER’S BLOCK tells the story of a young woman named Alice (Olivia Luccardi, “It Follows”) who moves to a new city and learns about a series of disappearances that may be connected to a baffling rumor about mysterious staircases in the city’s worst neighborhoods. With help from her sister, they discover that something is preying on the city’s residents."
