Both Non-Stop and Son of God managed to dethrone The LEGO Movie at the box office this weekend, but only one could have the top spot. This week, Liam Neeson managed to hold of the competition with Non-Stop earning an estimated $30 million in the US. With a production budget of $50 million, it should have no problem earning that back in the next couple of weeks.

Son of God took second place and earned a respectable $26.6 million, while The LEGO Movie took third place with $21 million. Not only has The LEGO Movie crossed the $200 million mark in the US, but it has crossed $300 million worldwide. The other seven movies in the top ten earned $5 million or less over the weekend, so there's not too much else of interest to look at, with the exception of Frozen, which earned more than $1 billion worldwide as of this weekend.

Next week sees the release of 300: Rise of An Empire and Mr. Peabody & Sherman. Here are the top ten results for this weekend:

1. Non-Stop - $30,019,000
2. Son of God - $26,500,000
3. The LEGO Movie - $21,015,000
4. The Monuments Men - $5,000,000
5. 3 Days to Kill - $4,900,000
6. RoboCop - $4,500,000
7. Pompeii - $4,300,000
8. Frozen - $3,611,000
9. About Last Night - $3,400,000
10. Ride Along - $3,065,000
