Being the last movie in the Twilight series, there was no doubt that Breaking Dawn Part 2 would post big numbers. The movie saw $141.3 million in ticket sales at the box office this weekend, surpassing the opening weekend of Breaking Dawn Part 1, which earned $138.1 million.

Skyfall had another strong weekend and has earned a total of $161 million since opening last week. Lincoln and Wreck-It Ralph both had decent number as well, and this week's top four movies should see solid ticket sales because of the holiday next week. Life of Pi, Red Dawn, and Rise of the Guardians all open this Wednesday and it will be interesting to see how they shake up the top ten next weekend.

We haven't had any horror releases to report on for a couple of weeks and there's a bit of a dry spell until January. However, The Collection will be released to theaters on November 30th and we're curious to see how it fares against some of these bigger movies that are playing this month. Here are the top ten results for this weekend:

1. The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 - $141,300,000
2. Skyfall - $41,500,000
3. Lincoln - $21,000,000
4. Wreck-It Ralph - $18,312,000
5. Flight - $8,615,000
6. Argo - $4,070,000
7. Taken 2 - $2,100,000
8. Pitch Perfect - $1,260,000
9. Here Comes the Boom - $1,200,000
10. Cloud Atlas - $900,000
