Abandoned Mine Trailer and Clips: "In Abandoned Mine, five small-town school friends celebrate Halloween with an overnight adventure into the legendary “haunted” Jarvis Mine. Local legend tells of the angry spirits that have occupied the mine since a family was murdered for still mysterious reasons exactly 100 years ago. But that doesn't stop these young adrenaline junkies from exploring the unknown – and bringing mini-cameras to capture their every move.

Yet once deep into the mine their best-laid Halloween plans go awry, leaving the adventurers trapped without escape. Are their misfortunes purely accidental or is the legend true and something more lurks in the darkness? Nothing is what it truly seems as the past and present collide in this psychological thriller written and directed by Jeff Chamberlain and starring Alexa Vega, Reiley McClendon, Saige Thompson, Charan Prabhakar, Adam Hendershott, and Valerie C. Walker. The film will hit theaters and VOD August 15th."

Judgment First Details: "Seasoned horror industry makeup and effects guru Gary J. Tunnicliffe will step into the role of writer/director on his feature film project Judgment. Guaranteed to be a horror film like no other. Tunnicliffe, [has a] career that includes more than 70 feature films including films from such iconic horror franchises as the Hellraiser series, Halloween, Pumpkinhead, Candyman, Mimic, Exorcist, Blade, Prophecy, The Collection and Scream.

Now Tunnicliffe is unleashing his well-known talent on his own project, although he is adamant that this is not a film with gore for the sake of gore. There are very few deaths in Judgment, but there are disturbing moments that will startle audiences and shake them to the core. In his vast experience the most subtle of things can be the most disturbing.

"I've sat in with test audiences and seen them react to a decapitation and let me tell you, you get a much bigger reaction when someone stubs their toe and rips half their toenail away," he explains. "That is pain that people connect with. Judgment taps into that and so much more."

First Details on Unit 44: "Unit 44 is the story of Area 51 employees, Agent Gibson and Agent Hatch, who forget to pay the rent on the facility’s off-site storage unit, and the super-secret contents are sold at public auction. When an alien invasion threatens the safety of planet Earth, Gibson and Hatch must recover an item from the locker if they hope to stop the extraterrestrial threat.

The idea for the comic hit when writer Wes Locher found himself hopelessly engrossed in an episode of "Storage Wars" on TV (a show about people who purchase the contents of storage units where the owner has stopped paying the rent, and try to turn a profit from whatever they find inside -- it sucks you in!). He couldn't help but wonder what would happen if instead of a room full of useless junk, the buyers inadvertently found themselves with a unit full of government secrets. Unit 44 is being developed as a 4-issue miniseries and collected graphic novel."

Refusing to return her skin to her, the Selkie law of nature means she is now bound to him as his 'land wife' unable to return to her true form, and to the sea. Emily assembled her own team for the project including concept artist Danny McMahon (who came up with the original drawings of the Selkie creature) and SFX artist Robbie Drake (Nightbreed, The Seasoning House).

Emily said today: "My aim is to create something truly unique and memorable, a dark and haunting adult fairytale, with a spectacular creature transformation sequence, all shot in Medieval locations.""

Interkozmosz Production Details: "The 20-minute short entitled "Interkozmosz" will be shot in Hungary in November, its screenwriter, director and composer is Bela Banhegyi, and Andras Szoke (the most popular figure of Hungarian underground film-making) plays the main role.

In the story, Bandi (Andras Szoke) is a 51-year old fanatic sci-fi fan that grinds his days lonely in a small Hungarian village by subsisting on the repair of electronic devices as a self-employed. Since his childhood he has collected everything that is related to space research, astronomy and science fiction but his devotion started growing exceptionally when the country's exclusive space telecommunications ground station was built near the village when he was 15. In spite of the unsuccessful 35 years that have passed, innumerable petitions and experiments his devotion has remained unbroken. We track one of Bandi's Sundays by getting acquainted with his individual views and closed world: his unusual routines, awe- inspiring collection of relics, his radio broadcasting station furnished at the parish and his secret room guarded by 7 locks.

Despite the low budget, the makers committed themselves to quality the proof of which is the creative work produced by Zoltan Feher with the contribution of Banhegyi. Owing to the fact that no film has been made on sci-fi fans yet, the makers expect strong interest in connection with the international preliminary promotion. The trailer will come out in December and the premier will take place in February."

First Paranormal Apparition Details: "Hard hitting, packed with effects and a scream a minute, Paranormal Apparition was immediately taken up by some of America’s biggest retailers for the big Halloween push in October.

Their daughter, Danielle, discovers the truth when a neighbor tells her one of the previous owners was murdered there years before. When Danielle falls prey to the attacks of the ghostly victim who lived there, Danni's dream home turns into the house from hell as she is tortured and haunted by the evil apparition. As Danielle's cries go unheard by her oblivious parents, she realizes she must get out of the house as quickly as possible or she is going to be the next victim of an even greater threat.

The film is from the rapidly growing label, World Wide Multi Media, who have become known for specializing in the more bizarre and radical films with a predominance on the horror, paranormal and slasher style movies.
