A stoner and a slacker, Kevin “Pac” Pacalioglu has trouble paying rent, but on the plus side, he has the awesome ability to communicate with ghosts. Tyler Labine stars in Deadbeat, a Hulu original series that debuted last year with a stellar 10-episode season. Channeling his excellent horror comedy performances in Tucker & Dale vs. Evil and Reaper, Labine makes for a delightfully unconventional ghost whisperer who will be joined by an interesting lineup of guest stars in the sophomore season that's slated to premiere in April.

Deadline reports that James Franco, Danny DeVito, Fred Armisen, Michael Ian Black, Gilbert Gottfried, Jim Norton, Zachary Levi and Finn Wittrock play guest starring roles in Deadbeat’s second season. TVLine revealed in January that Levi plays the ghost of Abraham Lincoln in the ninth episode of season two, but it's uncertain at this time who the other guest actors play, though you can expect to see many of them portraying ghosts that contact Labine's Pac. Hulu will fittingly unleash the supernatural stoner comedy series on April 20th. For those unfamiliar with the show, here's the season one synopsis:

"Kevin Pacalioglu (Labine) may have no money and no clue, but he can see dead people, so that's pretty cool. Faced with a constant stream of stubborn spirits, Pac goes to whatever lengths require the least amount of effort to help New York City's most frivolous ghosts finish their unfinished business."

From Cody Heller and Brett Konner, Deadbeat stars Tyler Labine, Brandon T. Jackson, Lucy DeVito, and Cat Deeley. Below is a tease of the show's return. In case you missed it, check out our Deadbeat Season 1 interview with Tyler Labine:
