Ahead of its world premiere at the Stanley Film Festival on May 2nd, the first trailer for Sun Choke has debuted, giving us a look at Barbara Crampton and Sarah Hagan in the psychological horror film. Also included in our latest round-up are new videos for Penny Dreadful’s impending second season, including a closer look at Danny Sapani's Sembene, as well as the latest promo for Scream Queens, featuring Emma Roberts using a very sharp object as a mirror.

Sun Choke: Written and directed by Ben Cresciman, Sun Choke stars Sarah Hagan, Sara Malakul Lane, Barbara Crampton, William Nicol, Evan Jones, Joe Nieves, and Jim Boeven.

Synopsis: "Janie’s just trying to get well. As she recovers from a violent psychotic break, she’s subjected each day to a bizarre holistic health and wellness regimen designed, and enforced, by her lifelong nanny and caretaker. She begins to veer off the road to recovery when she develops an obsession with a young woman to whom she feels an inexplicable yet profound connection. The obsession turns increasingly invasive, and wedges all three women into an ever-tightening, and progressively terrifying struggle for control. Will Janie pull herself back from the precipice of insanity? Or go over head-first, taking anyone nearby down with her?"

Penny Dreadful Season 2: "Fresh Hell", the season two premiere of Penny Dreadful, will premiere on Showtime on Sunday, May 3rd, at 10:00pm EST. "Fresh Hell" was directed by James Hawes from a teleplay by John Logan.

“This season, Vanessa and Ethan form a deeper bond as the group, including Sir Malcolm (Timothy Dalton), Dr. Frankenstein (Harry Treadaway), and Sembene (Danny Sapani), unite to banish the evil forces that threaten to destroy them. Meanwhile, Dorian Gray (Reeve Carney), the Creature (Rory Kinnear) and Brona (Billie Piper) are all waging battles of their own. Patti LuPone will guest star as a mysterious character of great importance in Vanessa’s past. Helen McCrory returns as Evelyn Poole (a.k.a. Madame Kali), the seductive spiritualist who will pose a unique threat to our protagonists this season, along with Simon Russell Beale, who is back as eccentric Egyptologist Ferdinand Lyle. Additional guest stars include Douglas Hodge as a Scotland Yard investigator; Sarah Greene as Poole’s powerful daughter, Hecate; and Johnny Beauchamp as a man with a singular past.”

“An erotically-charged, profoundly unsettling new saga, PENNY DREADFUL completely reinvents literature’s most iconic and terrifying characters. Dorian Gray, Victor Frankenstein and timeless figures from Dracula join a core of original characters in a dark and brutal quest to save a soul — even as they grapple with their own monstrous temptations.”

"The new anthology series revolves around a college campus which is rocked by a series of murders and is set in a sorority house.

Featuring Jaime Lee Curtis, Emma Roberts, Lea Michele, Oliver Hudson, Abigail Breslin, Keke Palmer, Skyler Samuels, Billie Lourd, Diego Boneta, Lucien Laviscount, Glen Powell and guest stars Ariana Grande and Nick Jonas."
