The Human Centipede 2 (Full Sequence) will start to roll out to theaters in the US on October 7th, but we still don't have the all of the details on how/when you'll be able to see it in your local area.

We're hoping to have more information this week, but until then, a new image has been released to tide you over. This new still was released by Bloody Disgusting and features Martin, who is playing doctor in this sequel, along with Ashlynn Yennie who is making a return from the original movie.

Instead of a direct sequel to the storyline of the first film, Martin becomes obsessed with the actual movie and sets out to create a human centipede of his own. The cast includes Ashlynn Yennie, Dominic Borelli, Vivien Bridson, Lee Harris, Peter Charlton, Bill Hutchens, Dan Burman, Daniel Jude Gennis, Kandace Caine, Maddi Black, Lucas Hansen, Georgina Goodrick and Emma Lock.
