New Dracula Film in the Works?

Unknown and Orphan director Jaume Collet-Serra is directing a new Dracula film, according to a scoop from Badass Digest:

"Jaume Collet-Serra is attached to a spec script by Lee Shipman and Brian McGreevy (the guys who wrote upcoming Captain Blood scifi remake) called Bram Stoker’s Dracula Project. Info is hush hush, but it’s being produced by Leonardo DiCaprio’s Appian Way."

There are multiple Dracula projects in the works, including Dracula: Year Zero and a 3D Dracula directed by Dario Argento, but so far nothing has officially gotten off the ground. With as popular as vampires have become, I'm glad to see that there is interested in bringing the vampire that started it all back to the big screen.
