It is rare for horror movies to be recognized at the Academy Awards, but two films took home awards this year. Natalie Portman won the Best Actress category for her fantastic performance in Black Swan. Rick Baker and Dave Elsey also took home awards in the category of Makeup for their work on The Wolfman.
