Co-writers of A Quiet Place (along with John Krasinski), Scott Beck and Bryan Woods just had the world premiere of their new horror movie Haunt at Popcorn Frights Film Festival and our own Derek Anderson was there to check it out. We'll have Derek's impressions and more from Popcorn Frights in the coming days, but until then, here's a look at the official poster and character posters.

Synopsis: "On Halloween, a group of friends encounter an "extreme" haunted house that promises to feed on their darkest fears. The night turns deadly as they come to the horrifying realization that some monsters are real."

Written and directed by Beck and Woods, and produced by Eli Roth, Haunt stars Katie Stevens, Will Brittain, and Lauryn Alisa McClain. Following its world premiere at Popcorn Frights, Haunt will be released in theaters and On Demand and Digital beginning September 13th from Momentum Pictures.

Daily Dead is thrilled to attend and be one of the media sponsors of this year's Popcorn Frights Film Festival! In case you missed it, check here to catch up on our previous coverage of the festival, and visit their website for additional details!
