Fan Expo Canada kicked off yesterday and runs all weekend long. It includes a little bit for everyone, with gaming, comic, horror, sci-fi, and anime-related programming and guests. Rue Morgue's Festival of Fear is part of the expo and includes dozens of horror guests.

Fan Expo Canada is taking place at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre and tickets are available at the door. Show hours are as follows: Friday 10-7, Saturday 10-7, Sunday 10-5. The Festival of Fear guest list includes John Carpenter as the featured guest of honor, along with Norman Reedus, Jon Bernthal, Rose McGowan, Chris Sarandon, Tony Todd, Nelsan Ellis, Denis O'Hare, and more.

As usual, there will be vendor tables, Q&A panels, autograph sessions, and screenings. In terms of horror-specific programming, there will be a screening of Brandon Cronenberg's Antiviral, a screening of Candyman with Tony Todd, and the main cast of Lost Girl and A Little Bit Zombie will be in attendance.
