Skyfall is already a huge success internationally and is poised to be just as successful domestically when it is released this week. Its creative team is going to have no problem lining up new projects and it is said that co-writer John Logan and director Sam Mendes are working together on a vampire hunter TV series.

According to Deadline, this will be a period piece set in the 1800's London. The project is described as being similar to The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and will feature multiple literary characters on the  hunt for vampires. The only two characters mentioned at this time are Van Helsing and Doctor Frankenstein.

The script has already been written by John Logan and is being pitched to premium cable networks. Sam Mendes is on board as a producer and may be involved as the director as well. This is another early announcement and the both of them are sure to busy with a number of upcoming projects. Just recently, John Logan was hired by the Bond producers to write the next two installments of the 007 series.
